With a full heart and a clear mind, I’m here to share that OXB will be closing its doors. Our final day of operations will be August 15th, and all orders will be shipped out by August 30th.

This decision wasn’t made lightly — it comes with a heavy heart but a clear mind. I have deep pride and gratitude for the incredible 7-year journey we’ve had together.

OXB was born in 2018, sparked from a moment in my spin class where I met my future business partner with the vision for what OXB could be. From there, we launched wholesale partnerships with some of the biggest fitness studios in the world. Then, months later, the pandemic hit. Our resilience was tested right away.

But grit became our fuel. We quickly pivoted to e-commerce as every studio in the country shut down, with zero budget, just a vision, and jewelry as our currency. We showed up relentlessly, learning, building, experimenting, and putting ourselves out there, even when we had no idea what we were doing. Honestly? I’m still inspired by that version of us.

Since then, we’ve:

• Been named Women’s Health Best Fitness Jewelry

• Seen our pieces worn by Olympians, instructors, and everyday legends

• Partnered with the world’s sweatiest 💦

• Donated tens of thousands to causes we care about

• Employed over 30 people

• Opened two retail stores

• And most importantly, connected with you

There have also been real challenges — shifting markets, rising tariffs, copycats, and mistakes I’ve lost count of. But nothing could stop us. Until now.

So yes, this decision is mine. It’s what’s best for the business, for my mental health, and for whatever comes next.

There’s one hard truth I haven’t shared: someone came into the business late last year, meant to support the future of OXB, but instead, chose control and ego. I’ve stayed quiet about the behind-the-scenes struggle, but one day I’ll tell the full story. Because it happens too often—men claiming to champion female founders, only to feel threatened when strength doesn’t serve their agenda.

It’s been painful, and it’s part of what’s led to this chapter ending. But he doesn’t get the final word. I do. We do.

So I’m choosing to go out with a celebration, not silence.

I want to spend the next few weeks creating for YOU — our community who’ve shown up since day one. We don’t have inventory sitting around. Everything we make is made-to-order. So this is your last chance to own a piece of OXB before it becomes vintage — a beautiful memory of a bold, sweaty era.
